Our Team

Donny Walloch (President)

In the beginning, he spent much of his time between classes creating and building for the hospitality group that he quickly became an investing partner with. After graduating Georgia Southern University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Donny maintained the creative mind and manager behind many of the investments of his hospitality partnership while branching off on his own to create Walix Corporation in 2004. Once he received his General Contracting License he quickly escalated Walix Corp to a leader in the Atlanta, GA market by utilizing his own experiences in hospitality architecture, project management, and construction for other clients. Spending much of the next 15 years building for new and repeat clients throughout the southeast, Donny had found success in an often-difficult field to be in during the “great recession”.

In 2017, Donny and long time friend Martin Medrano teamed up to excel Walix Corporation to a commercial and residential powerhouse. With much of the labor being company self-performed to control quality and cost, the company found itself able to venture into many aspects of residential building while broadening it commercial capabilities.

Currently, Donny and Walix Corporation enjoy the success of a thriving commercial construction company in both private and government sectors. And thanks to the business partnership with Mr. Medrano, Development and Residential divisions are also quickly becoming staples in an already long history of quality and commitment.

Country Construction, LLC, provided framing, exterior finishes, drywall, interior trim, and roofing services. After several years, Country Construction would merge with Lake Oconee, LCC to become Eenoco Construction Services, LLC (operated by his brother). Eenoco Construction is currently focused on subcontracting, remodeling, and residential work.

In 2017, Martin join Walix as a partner and quickly elevated the business with the labor force he already had in place with his previos company. KAYCE COVINGTON

Kacey attended Georgia Military College after high school, where she obtained an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s Degree in Supervision and Management. She started working as a cashier at Kroger during her college years. When she later got employed full-time as a bank teller at Magnolia State Bank she continued to work nights at Kroger part-time. Kacey worked at Kroger a total of five years and was at Magnolia State Bank for almost two years. Kacey declined an offer from Kroger to become a member of management for fear it would take time away from her family. While Kacey couldn’t see either of these as a lifetime career, they both taught her valuable tributes, such as: patience, excellent customer service and a drive to work hard and go above and beyond.

Kacey joined the Walix team in August of 2022. Kacey enjoys the tight knit feel of the company and appreciates how understanding everyone is while she is learning. She quickly realized that this would be a perfect fit for her. She loves to create a positive work environment while making her co-workers and customers smile. She believes in treating everyone with the utmost respect in order to help maintain relationships with the customers and vendors. Kacey has learned a lot since becoming a member of the team and plans to continue building on that knowledge. She hopes that she can continue to grow with the company in order to stay an asset to Walix Corporation.
